Tomatillo Sauce for Pork Carnitas

Ingredients
  

  • 6 broiled canned tomatillos
  • 6 canned tomatillos
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Broil about 7 minutes. Cool.
  • Combine everything in processor and pulse about 16-18 times
