  • PASTA SALAD DRESSING
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons dry tarragon
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dry oregano
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • SALAD
  • 1 ½ lb corkscrew or your favorite other pasta cooked in salted water, drained and rinsed
  • 7 oz red & green pepper
  • 9 oz broccoli
  • 7 oz broccoli stems????
  • 5 oz zucchini
  • 5 oz yellow squash
  • 9 oz tomato
  • 4 oz peas
  • 5 oz red onion
  • 5 oz carrots grated
  • 1 ½ oz fresh basil
