Spicy Beef Morsels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless beef sirloin filet mignon or top-quality top round (cut into bite sized cubes)
  • MARINADE
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger root sliced
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • 4 small dried red chili peppers seeded and crushed

Instructions
 

  • Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over beef and marinade overnight. Stir the cubes occasionally.
  • When ready to serve, brown cubes under a very hot broiler or in a hot skillet.
  • Serve with scallions cut on the diagonal on top
