Spicy Beef Morsels
Hollin Hills Home & Garden Tiki Lounge
- 1 ½ pounds boneless beef sirloin filet mignon or top-quality top round (cut into bite sized cubes)
- MARINADE
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger root sliced
- 3 scallions chopped
- 4 small dried red chili peppers seeded and crushed
Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over beef and marinade overnight. Stir the cubes occasionally.
When ready to serve, brown cubes under a very hot broiler or in a hot skillet.
Serve with scallions cut on the diagonal on top
