Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tomatoes cored, chopped
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno minced
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 T lime
  • 2 T ketchup
  • 1 t salt
  • ΒΌ pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 T oil add sauce mixture, cook 5 minutes
  • Add shrimp, cook 2 minutes, medium heat
  • Corn tortilla brushed with oil Monterey jack cheese, top with shrimp
  • Oven at 450* on lowest rack for 7-9 minutes
