Kay’s Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9” pie shell
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss4 teaspoons flour
  • ½ cup ham or bacon, spinach, broccoli, sausage….
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400*.
  • Mix Swiss and flour and place in pie shell. Add toppings.
  • Beat the last 4 ingredients until smooth.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
