Kay’s Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 small onion minced
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Dash salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Gently pick through crab, removing any shell. Combine all ingredients except cheddar. Placed in a greased baking dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbling.
  • Great served with Triscuits
