fresh lemon juice
Instructions
heat oven to 350°.
Combine butter, flour, and sugar. Press mixture into unbuttered 13 by 9-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, until just turning brown.
For topping, lightly whisk eggs. Sift together flour and sugar; Add two eggs. Add lemon juice, stir, and pour over partially baked base.
Bake for 20 minutes more, or until top is firm. Chill before cutting.
