Deviled Eggs (Kay’s)

Ingredients
6
hard boiled eggs
¼
cup
salad dressing or mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
vinegar
I use Cider vinegar
1
teaspoon
prepared mustard
I use yellow
½
teaspoon
salt
Dash of pepper
Cayenne
optional
Paprika
optional
OTHER OPTIONS INCLUDE:
Horseradish
Sliced black olives
Green olives
Anchovies
Parsley
Chopped onions or chives
Flaked sea food
Crumbled crispy cooked bacon
Instructions
Have the hard cooked eggs; gently remove yolks and mash or blend with desired combination of seasonings. Refill egg whites.
Notes
I prefer to cut a tiny bit off the top and bottom of the egg before cutting them in half. They stand up better and I think they look cute.
