Curried Deviled Eggs with Mango Chutney

Ingredients

Hard cooked eggs
peeled and halved

cup
mayonnaise

tablespoon
Dijon mustard
1
teaspoon
curry powder
1/8
teaspoon
salt
3
tablespoons
mango chutney
Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut eggs. Scoop yolks into a medium bowl.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
Scoop or pipe into egg white halves.
Notes
I prefer to cut a tiny bit off the top and bottom of the egg before cutting them in half. They stand up better and I think they look cute.
