Instructions
Here is the way I usually make it:
I start with my ‘mise en palce’
(If raw) Chicken breast butterflied and seasoned with salt & pepper
Sliced red onion, sliced tomato, minced garlic
In Pyrex red wine vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, white wine
Can of tomatoes opened
Slurry ready
