Ingredients
- SPINACH SALAD
- 1 box Fresh spinach cut or torn into bite size pieces
- 1 can mandarin oranges drained
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- Fresh mushrooms
- DRESSING
- ½ cup oil
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup sugar
- Dash of salt and pepper to taste
