Ingredients

hot water

cup
soy sauce
¼
cup
honey

tablespoons
lemon juice
2
tablespoons
salad oil

garlic cloves
crushed

lbs.
fresh beef brisket
Your favorite prepared BBQ sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and marinade brisket overnight, covered. Bake at 275° covered with foil for 4-5 hours.
45 minutes before done, pour off some grease and marinade; and pour prepared BBQ sauce over meat. Return to oven, covered.
When slicing be sure to cut across the grain of meat. Excellent with baked potatoes, tossed salad, corn and beverage.
