Preheat oven to 325° Fahrenheit. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and puree till smooth. Place in the shallow ceramic baking dish or 10-inch terra cotta or ceramic quiche dish bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown on top serve with tortilla chips, French bread or crackers.

I make at least a double batch using jarred marinated artichokes and a bit of the marinade for extra tang.
