Baked Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and diced
  • 6-8 oz baby spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325° Fahrenheit. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and puree till smooth. Place in the shallow ceramic baking dish or 10-inch terra cotta or ceramic quiche dish bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown on top serve with tortilla chips, French bread or crackers.

Notes

I make at least a double batch using jarred marinated artichokes and a bit of the marinade for extra tang.
