110-Ib. cooked spiral-cut ham (discard any flavoring packet)
⅔cuppacked brown sugar
⅓cupapricot jam or preserves
2tsp.mustard powder
Fresh parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Put ham, cut side down, on a large sheet of foil. Stir together brown sugar, jam, and mustard in a small bowl. Brush half of glaze onto ham. Wrap foil around ham; set in a roasting pan.
Roast 2 hours and 10 minutes. Unwrap ham; brush with remaining
glaze. Rewrap ham and continue roasting, covered, until heated through, about 20 minutes more. Let stand, covered, 20 minutes. Spoon juices over ham. Garnish with parsley.
