Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes cored, chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno minced
- 2 garlic
- 1 T lime
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 t salt
- ¼ pepper
Instructions
- Heat 1 T oil add sauce mixture, cook 5 minutes
- Add shrimp, cook 2 minutes, medium heat
- Corn tortilla brushed with oil Monterey jack cheese, top with shrimp
- Oven at 450* on lowest rack for 7-9 minutes
