Kay’s Quiche
From the 70s
Ingredients
- 1 9” pie shell
- 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss4 teaspoons flour
- ½ cup ham or bacon, spinach, broccoli, sausage….
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Mix Swiss and flour and place in pie shell. Add toppings.
- Beat the last 4 ingredients until smooth.
- Bake for 1 hour.
