Kay’s Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 small onion minced
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Gently pick through crab, removing any shell. Combine all ingredients except cheddar. Placed in a greased baking dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbling.
- Great served with Triscuits
