Ingredients
- 6 ears corn shucked, with a thin, even layer of neutral vegetable oil (such as avocado oil)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small jalapeno minced
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Kosher salt to taste
- 1/3 cup Mexican crema or mascarpone or crème fraiche
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- Sliced jalapenos
