Curried Deviled Eggs with Mango Chutney
Ingredients
- 6 Hard cooked eggs peeled and halved
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons mango chutney
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut eggs. Scoop yolks into a medium bowl.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
- Scoop or pipe into egg white halves.
Notes
I prefer to cut a tiny bit off the top and bottom of the egg before cutting them in half. They stand up better and I think they look cute.
