Curried Deviled Eggs with Mango Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Hard cooked eggs peeled and halved
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons mango chutney
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut eggs. Scoop yolks into a medium bowl.
  • Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
  • Scoop or pipe into egg white halves.

Notes

I prefer to cut a tiny bit off the top and bottom of the egg before cutting them in half. They stand up better and I think they look cute.
