Ingredients
  

  • Chicken cooked and shredded, pulled or chopped
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1-2 tomatoes or 4-5 plum tomatoes
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ lb dried pasta cooked and drained
  • Corn starch and chicken broth slurry optional
  • OPTIONAL
  • Cayenne pepper Sambel Oelek (Chili pepper paste)

Instructions
 

  • Here is the way I usually make it:
  • I start with my ‘mise en palce’
  • (If raw) Chicken breast butterflied and seasoned with salt & pepper
  • Sliced red onion, sliced tomato, minced garlic
  • In Pyrex red wine vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, white wine
  • Can of tomatoes opened
  • Slurry ready
