Baked Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz artichoke hearts
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 jalapenos seeded and diced
- 6-8 oz baby spinach optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° Fahrenheit. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and puree till smooth. Place in the shallow ceramic baking dish or 10-inch terra cotta or ceramic quiche dish bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown on top serve with tortilla chips, French bread or crackers.
Notes
I make at least a double batch using jarred marinated artichokes and a bit of the marinade for extra tang.
