Wilma’s Pineapple Sherbert
Wilma was a long-time family friend. This reminds me of summers at Mom’s
Going downhome on weekends. Picking crabs by pool or Drift Inn, shooting guns at cans in the field, Sunday the dog, bourbon hot dogs
Ingredients
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 quart water
- 1 cup water
- 2 ½ cups sugar
- 4 lemons juiced
- 1 can crushed pineapple
Instructions
- Combine water, milk and sugar in an ice cream freezer. Freeze for about 15 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and crushed pineapple.
