Lauren’s Kiss Surprise Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 ¼ cup flour
- ¾ cups nuts finely chopped (optional)
- Hershey Kiss’s – any flavors would be good
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a mixer cream the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Gradually add the flour until combined.
- Take enough dough to cover a Hershey’s Kiss. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 -10 minutes.
