  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of flour

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and grate it using a grater with large holes. Drain the excess water from the onion, then transfer it to a bowl.
  • Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper, and mix everything until a uniform mass is achieved.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add portions of the batter, forming small pancakes.
  • Fry until golden on both sides, then drain the excess fat using a paper towel.
