Bulgoki < and Spinach Salad (Sam’s Mom)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds sirloin sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3-5 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon accent
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place sliced meat into plastic zip lock bag.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat
  • Marinade for at least 30 minutes. It is best when done overnight, the meat is much more tender and tastier.
  • Broil or wok cook until brown on all sides – usually 5 minutes each side but stir and check often so it does not overcook, it will become tough
  • Remove juices from pan and serve as sauce
  • Serve over hot rice with kimchi and spinach salad
