Grasshopper Pie
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ¼ cup green Crème de Menthe
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- For the crust:
- Combine crushed Oreos and butter, shape into a pie dish
- For the filling:
- In a very clean, very dry, chilled stainless steel bowl beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer or electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in Cream de Menthe and marshmallow cream.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust and freeze or refrigerate.
